My cute friend Ricki decided that I needed a day out before I have this baby and to just relax and have fun and not work on any "project" at home. We spent all day on Saturday hanging out, eating, shopping, and of course a little picture taking. It was a blast and our girls had a ton of fun together. Exactly what I needed to give me a boost of energy to make it the next few weeks.
Check out how adorable her little ones are? These aren't even the cutest pictures, I'll have to post a couple more once I can finish a couple little edits.
I didn't take very many pictures of Alexis, but I had to squeeze a couple in so she would stop her little fit about me loving Aubrie and Riley more than her. Oh, the drama, it never ends.

Anyone that knows Kyle, knows that he is obsessed with Buzz Lightyear, so we had to take him to see Toy Story 3 this last week. Just one little piece of advice...never go to a drive-in movie on opening weekend of one of the most anticipated family movies of the year. We got there at least 90 minutes early and we were on the 2nd to last row. But the kids had fun, and that's all that matters. Ok, Kyle had fun, Alexis cried most of the movie because the toys didn't have an owner and the other toys at daycare were being rude to Andy's toys. Emotional??? Yeah-just a little.
We've also been spending alot of time outside since the weather has been so wonderful. The kids love their wiggle bikes, and it just amazes me how fast they can get going on them-even Justin can take a little spin around our circle on them.
But, Kyle has also decided that he's big enough to ride Alexis real bike. We saw a Toy Story bike and helmet at Target a couple weeks ago, and now I think we're gonna have to splurge and get it for him. I can't have my little man riding around the neighborhood on a girl bike with princess knee pads and helmet. Even though he sure knows how to rock that pink helmet. He's even working on a few tricks, what 3 year old can ride a bike no-handed on the first try? I'm in trouble, I have a feeling he might be a little BMX trickster in the making.
After all the fun I had this weekend I went to my doctor's appointment yesterday, and it definitely didn't go the way I hoped it would. Looks like I'm not as lucky as I thought I was because within the last week my pre-ecplympsia has completely taken over, again. My blood pressure rose 40 points and I gained 9 lbs. The doctor told me she doesn't expect me to make it more than 4 weeks and to be prepared in 3 weeks to have our little girl join our family. I'm super excited to finally meet her, but now I just pray she's healthy and big enough to not spend too much time in the NICU. We have an ultrasound in 2 weeks to make sure my placenta hasn't stopped growing and to see how big she is. It's kind of overwhelming to think that the end is really this close now. Hopefully we're ready.
