What a Crazy 2 Weeks

Geez, the last two weeks has just flown by-which is a good thing. I just hope the next 2 fly by just as quickly.

Justin and I finally convinced Alexis to cut her hair. She has the most sensitive head ever and I just hated having her in tears everytime we combed her hair and nothing seemed to help. So about a week ago I picked her up from school a little early and took her to cookie cutters. Alexis was a little hesistant at first, but has loved having short hair and I think she loves being able to comb it all by herself even more.

We have also had a ton of family in town and something going on every single day or night for the last 11 days. Unfortunately I have felt completely awful and way too pregant, so I didn't even remember to bring my camera with me to anything. But we did have the 4th of July party over at our house, so I was able to get some fun pictures of the kids and their cousins.

(This little guy could jump on our trampoline for hours if we let him-he makes me tired just watching him jump for so long)

Alexis was patting Aidan on the head trying to get him to do some crazy model pose with her, but he was just completely content standing next to her while she did her thing.

I don't think this house was meant to played on top of...but what can you do?

The last couple of weeks Kyle has decided to wake up at the brink of dawn, which is fine with me because that means he goes to bed really early...plus I don't really sleep anymore because I can't seem to find one comfortable position, so at least I have someone to keep me company in the wee hours of the morning.  A couple days ago I was getting dressed and walked back into my room and found him laying like this on my pilliow. Such a cute little stinker!

I also took some family pictures for Jared and Katie while they were here. They turned out so dang cute-it's actually making me jealous, I can't wait for this little one to get here so we can get some new ones too. Here's a few of my favorites from the shoot.

 Justin is in Seattle this whole week-so yeah for me, I get to be a 9 month pregnant-single-working mom for the next week. Plus, my lovely body has decided to not be so nice to me anymore, and I'm just praying that I can make it two more weeks. As long as this baby will stay put until he gets back we'll be good. I just hope I can find some extra, extra wide flip flops to wear to work this week-its really sad when your fat, swollen feet don't even fit in flip flops anymore. So frustrating, but at least the end is in sight-thank goodness. Just two more weeks til she's full-term-we're making bets that she is going to be close to 7 lbs,which is quite an accomplishment for me, I just hope I can hold out and get her a little chunkier. I've never been pregnant this long and I've never been this big before, so each day is getting harder and harder-I sure hope the next two weeks fly by just as fast.
